the hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a secure area, near interior garden and oruro. all the staff were very helpful, pleasant. had spacious room with a big window giving on, and i couldn't ask for more. everywhere there was clean. i appreciated to be in this place.

The room layout was frustrating, with a window facing the corridor and another tiny one letting in too much light!!! Soundproofing needs serious attention. I heard everything from the neighbors. A more direct bathroom would also be appreciated!!!

Azul real is in a great spot, just a short walk from the carnaval events yet still peaceful. The staff were wonderful, always attentive. I was feeling sick from the altitude, and they even brought extra coca tea to my room! They stored our luggage safely and allowed us to wait in the lobby for our late bus.
